Who we are

These pages are operated by BT Properties DWC LLC, Dubai South, United Arab Emirates (“BT Properties”, “we”). They are managed for us by our marketing agency, GPS Marketing Agency.

What we collect

Details you give us in the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email address, whether you are buying to live in, to invest or are a broker, the type of home you are interested in, when you plan to buy and, for brokers, your agency name and RERA broker number.

Information about how you reached the page: the advertising campaign, the page you visited, and the advertising click identifiers and cookies set by Google, Meta and OpenAI, if you have allowed them.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send you prices, floor plans, payment plans and updates about Waada by phone, email or WhatsApp.

To understand which of our advertising brings genuine enquiries, so we can improve it and show fewer irrelevant ads.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in our customer relationship system (Salesforce) and are seen by the BT Properties sales team and, for broker registrations, our partner team.

Our marketing agency processes the data on our behalf to run and measure the campaigns. Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, OpenAI) may receive campaign identifiers and, in protected (hashed) form, contact details, only to measure the results of our ads.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your interest, and in line with UAE legal requirements. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages from us, at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
